k1k Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using k1k Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to k1k. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and k1k ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the k1k website, mobile application and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, VIP programme features and any promotional offers.

By creating an account on the k1k platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and k1k.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the k1k platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k1k operates exclusively for adults and takes underage access seriously. Age verification checks may be applied at registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• You must be using the platform as an individual acting for yourself. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition, court order or regulatory restriction that would make your use of the platform unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of an employee or contractor of k1k or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one account on the k1k platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

k1k reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to suspicious account activity. Acceptable documents include:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Passport — photo page
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits

Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals withheld until verification is complete. Accounts where verification documents cannot be satisfactorily confirmed will be closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. k1k will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

4. Deposits

k1k accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and other supported mobile wallets and payment methods. The available methods and their respective minimum and maximum limits are displayed at the deposit stage within your account.

• Deposits are for the purpose of funding your gaming activity on k1k. Depositing funds without the intention to use them for genuine play is not permitted.
• k1k does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposit transactions are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your account after 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• k1k reserves the right to reject a deposit or request additional verification for any transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to a different method may be permitted subject to additional verification.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. Accounts that have not completed the verification process will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 5 business days depending on the method. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from faster processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the withdrawal stage. Requests below the minimum amount cannot be processed.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real money funds (after any applicable bonus wagering is complete) are eligible for withdrawal.
• k1k reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of significant amounts. This is a routine security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the account holder's part.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

k1k may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses expire after a defined period if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.
• One active bonus: Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active may not automatically trigger a new promotion.
• Abuse: k1k reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.

k1k reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on k1k covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports as available. By placing a bet, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless the specific market conditions allow for cash-out.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet, subject to settlement rules for the relevant market.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, settlement rules specific to the sport and market type will apply. Bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled based on available results up to the point of abandonment, depending on the applicable rules.
• In-play betting markets are suspended and re-opened during key events. k1k is not responsible for bets placed immediately before a market suspension where the relevant event has already occurred.
• k1k reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error or obvious pricing mistake.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on k1k — including slots, live casino, roulette, blackjack and other titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer platforms provided by third-party game studios. The outcomes of all games are random and independent of prior results.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot titles and are accessible via the game information panel.
• In the event of a game malfunction, any bets placed during the malfunction are void and stakes are returned. Game outcome records from the provider's servers are the definitive record in any dispute.

• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Failure to meet the minimum activity requirements for a tier may result in downgrade to a lower tier at the review date.
• Cashback payments are calculated on net losses (losses minus winnings) over the relevant period and are paid in PKR. Cashback amounts and calculation periods are specific to each tier.
• k1k reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, point values or cashback rates with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated to VIP members via their registered contact details.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k1k platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or in coordination with others.
• Fraud: Chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents or any other fraudulent activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk play strategies, coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes, or any manipulation designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer games, in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Software manipulation: Using bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting tools or any third-party software that interacts with the k1k platform in an unauthorised way.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, move or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.

11. Responsible Gaming

k1k is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools for players who wish to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of active play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or long-term suspension of your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without challenge.
